Indira is part of the Alliance Management team and oversees Program Management of Life Edit’s partnered programs.

She has over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical drug discovery and development, as a project team lead and program manager. As a program manager, she has managed large portfolios of drug discovery and development projects and co-development partnership projects. She has a wide breadth of experience in managing projects at various stages, ranging from early-to-late drug discovery through clinical development. Most recently, she was part of Amgen’s Portfolio and Project Management team, managing projects in immuno-oncology, inflammation and metabolic diseases. Prior to Amgen she was at 89Bio, Adaptive Biotechnologies, Natera and Qualicon Diagnostics.

Indira has a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology and Genetics from Georgia State University and did her doctoral and postdoctoral research in the Division of Viral and Rickettsial Diseases at the Centers for Disease Control in Atlanta, Georgia.
