Jamie is part of the Gene Editing team at Life Edit, working on developing therapeutics for diseases with significant unmet need. Prior to joining Life Edit, Jamie investigated molecular mechanisms of chronic pain in human dorsal root ganglion neurons at the University of Pittsburgh.
Jamie received her B.S. in biochemistry and molecular biophysics from the University of Arizona and received her PhD in cognition and neuroscience from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2017.
