Michael works on developing therapeutics to correct genetic mutations as part of the Gene Editing team at Life Edit Therapeutics. He has more than 10 years of experience in gene therapy and virology.
Prior to joining Life Edit, Michael was a Research Fellow at Imperial College London.
Michael received his BS in Microbiology from the University of Wisconsin—La Crosse and his PhD in Microbiology, Immunology, and Cancer Biology from the University of Minnesota. He completed his postdoctoral work at King’s College London and the Imperial College of London.
