Missy has more than 15 years of experience in operations and people strategies. As a strategic thought partner and part of the leadership team, she identifies areas for operational improvement, provides insight and analysis on company strategy and operations, and ensures a continued focus on top priorities across the company.

Prior to ElevateBio, Missy led people & operations initiatives at Oncorus, Inc., an oncolytic virus therapy start-up, and supported its growth from company launch to a successful pre-clinical organization. She oversaw all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruiting and hiring to benefits and onboarding, with a focus on employee engagement, culture, and communications.
