Wally is responsible for operational oversight for the manufacturing of gene editing drug substance and drug product at our contract manufacturing organizations for clinical and commercial supply of recombinant proteins, synthetic guide RNA, ribonucleoproteins, mRNA, and RNA.
Prior to Life Edit, Wally led Manufacturing Science and Technology and Global Supply Chain Operations at StrideBio (a gene therapy company in Durham, NC).
Wally holds B.S degrees in Management and Economics from the The University of North Carolina at Pembroke and Engineering from North Carolina State University.
